Long wait time. My appointment was for 10 AM and wasn’t seen until 11:30. Doctor was stubborn and unhelpful. Do not come here unless there’s no other options.
Questionable experience from start to finish. I was referred to this clinic for a pre-employment drug test and immediately ran into some issues. The phone number listed on my paperwork was incorrect, and apparently the clinic’s phone number had changed and the name doesn't match (Akeso vs Agile). I had to do my own research just to find the correct contact information and schedule an appointment. Eliana the front desk person was amazing!! Super helpful, friendly and kind. The physical therapists Rona and Delmy have worked with me during my recovery and have made the process smooth and pain free. It is refreshing to come somewhere where you are viewed as a patient that needs care as opposed to just a number.
ABSOLUTELY A TERRIBLE CLINIC. DO NOT GO HERE. ITS TRASH!!!!!! WAITED DAMN NEAR 4 HOURS FOR A DRUG TEST. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! JUST TO PISS IN A CUP. DONT GO HERE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!
