Great experience! We repurposed an old dining room arm chair to use in our bedroom and had the seat recovered and the padding replaced. Akers & Thomas did a wonderful job and the chair looks beautiful. They were very easy to work with - gave us a quote over the phone and completed the job very quickly. We will definitely use them again.
Asked for their expertise in preserving the upholstered surface but rewebbing the base of a dear old rocker! They did a fantastic job. Pick up and delivery prompt, on time and seamlessly coordinated with my schedule.

I highly recommend Joe at Akers & Thomas to do anything with your furniture. He reupholstered a Bergere Cabriolet chair. I told him which color I wanted to highlight from the fabric and he found the perfect trim to go with the fabric. He centered the pattern of the fabric beautifully on the chair.
