Hi, I had a bad experience when contacting the law firm for an employment matter. I found Tanya to be rude and cold in demeanor with no empathy on the telephone. She tries to give legal advice and tell you that you don't have a case without letting you speak to an attorney. She also tries to limit the amount of times you call the law firm even if your employment situation changes (for example: you were disciplined and then eventually fired).
