It might not be the biggest thing in the world to them, but they need to put up a sign for TOTAL cash price and TOTAL credit card price. It's leaves a questionable image for any business when you're told one price then you look on your bank statement and it's not what they told you at the point of sale. New York does not even allow businesses to charge a surcharge on credit card transactions, so a liquor store in New York cannot legally add a fee for using a credit card, I hope they are aware of this.
A gem in this neighborhood. It’s family-owned, and they’re open on all the holidays when most places are closed. On a good day , you’ll see their two shop cats hanging out, which always makes the stop even better. I especially love grabbing their chillable reds, and if you’re not sure what to try, ask J for recommendations.
I had a wonderful experience at AKC Wine & Liquor. The store has an impressive selection of wines and spirits to suit every taste. What really made my visit stand out, though, were the siblings—Jenkins and Anna. They were super friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.
