BEWARE !!! These are the privileged few. They showed up 5hrs late on a rainy day. Sent a driver who didn't know how to drive in sand and gravel. Couldn't speak English, so the dispatcher had to translate. Said it was too muddy, so he couldn't tow my trailer. So he left and they charged me $300. for nothing. I wish I could get paid to not do the job. BEWARE !!!!
AKAT saved me from a transport nightmare!!! Needed delivery from Gulf Coast Texas to Colorado. Aidee was so patient and diligent with all of the unexpected issues that popped up. The driver was very helpful as well, even bought a new battery for our 5th wheel!!! DON'T HESITATE TO HIRE AKAT.
Filling out the form for a quote and getting the quote were straight forward and easy. Also the dispatcher does contact you pretty quick to set up a day for pick up after you accept the quote. The issue and reason for 3 stars was the delivery process. We set up a pick up for Sunday 11/16, we were called Friday to ask if they could switch it to Satruday morning instead.
