This was so easy I had my travel trailer brought from Bristol Tennessee to central ohio . It was delivered the next day it went so easy ....Jason was my driver who was absolutely amazing everyone stayed in contact checked in let me know when he was almost here the price I could not beat it!! They are all wonderful !!! I'm absolutely consider using them I will again in the future!! Thank you again !
The gentleman that was supposed to pick us up on a Friday was running behind and couldn't pick up us until Saturday. Aidee was our dispatcher and was able to help us out by clearing up the air on communication. Even on her day off. Once she had that handle everything was great after that. Our 5th was on time Sunday and was taking care of very well. Looking forward to using them in the future!
I can never express my gratitude towards this company and especially two of the employees. Aidee and Isaac was my driver and he's the best and she was the dispatcher. Her easing my mind and being available for all questions was so helpful and took away a lot of stress moving my RV after it being in one place for 6 years. They even charged less than anyone else that I received estimates from. My driver Isaac went way above and beyond to do such a great job. I was I an accident that totaled my truck and put me the hospital for almost a month. I reached out to AKAT for a bid to move my travel trailer rom storage to a site about 70 mile away that will be our new home for next 8 months. Aidee answered the phone and within minutes I knew she wanted to help. I thought the price was a little high but the service I received was out standing.
