Ordered 4 custom bats back in March and they are still yet to arrive. Friend that has been a dealer for years tells me he is Getty a laundry list of excuses and now they don’t even seem to be answering calls or responding for several weeks.
July 3rd 2023 11:37am New York time initial correspondence about team order for uniforms and apparel with Vice president Kris Totten and Emily Freling. February 3rd m, 2024 first purchase of three full uniform packages at the cost per package was $164.99. Total of $494.97. Which included a hat two jerseys pair pants, practice shirt, cage, jacket and practice shorts. The hats were the first that was shipped.. I am a parent and coach of a 8 year old team and 9 year old baseball travel team. We ordered team uniforms for 2024 season. The experience with the companies owner Mr. Gilligan and CEO Kris Totten has become the worst ever. First things first, the unprofessionalism and unethical business practice with sales rep, Owner, Ceo, and designer. I am an asst coach for a travel team and we placed an order well in advance of our spring season that was never properly filled. Our head coach explained that this company sent items to the wrong address and showed me the proofs he emailed to them and they were completely different than what little we did receive from them (different designs and off colors on shirts).
