Get in, get it done, get out... HIITFIT sets me up for the day! It's hard getting out of bed early in the morning, but this class gets my joints moving, my blood pumping, and most importantly, my brain activated. Well worth the effort! I love how the trainers push us when we need it, and modify exercises to suit out ability. Thank you for being an amazing and supportive group, and I look forward to my next session.
