I have been dealing with Tracy Kolano as my insurance agent for 5 years. She has never steered me wrong. She goes above and beyond for me. Always honest and upfront ! I would recommend her !! Update I just started a new policy and got a flat and needed roadside assistance, Tracy went above and beyond to find a tow company and a tire place. She is sending my expense receipt to my insurance company to get me reimbursed! She is truly an awesome woman. She always goes above and beyond for me ! She is heaven sent !
Legacy Insurance which is owned by Tracy Kolanko is not an insurance company you want to deal with(she runs under Progressive). This women took $1200 from my 17 year old son( he paid a year in advance for his insurance) claimed she paid the first six months of his policy then put the rest in escrow(which she is not aloud to do) but his policy was terminated in Aug after only having it for 3 months bc she put in the wrong birthday which she had a copy of his drivers license.
