If there is an option for no star I would give that. Very rude, unprofessional, and unapproachable lady. She lacks people skills, and she doesn't know how to communicate with a client (s). Always use ' you indians are this / that', she even categorized me as ' Indian' even I'm not from India , which is not acceptable. Her consultancy is still running because of her assistant (s). I hope this lady will change her attitude.
They are very professional in their work.They did my entire from work permit to Permanent Residency and Canadian Citizenship. Their fees is very reasonable.

All I would advise is for you to be patient during the entire process but be rest assured your visa application would be approved.
