This is no longer Ajo Transportation
I haven't used public transportation since the early 90s when I lived in Denver. Currently, I'm a temporary resident of Ajo while my camper is being repaired. I'm using the shuttle to get around, and these folks are great. I want to do a shout-out to Theresa. She's been patient and helpful in helping me get through the reservation process and the drivers who are very helpful. Thank you, guys, for making my stay in Ajo less stressful while getting my camper repaired.
I am visiting the area and I wanted to go to Ajo or Gila Bend yesterday. The bus driver was weird to me when she asked where I was going. Then another employee got on the bus and asked me for my name. Is that normal? No other passenger had to give a name. I have anxiety and it really triggered me, so I got off the bus in a huff when I should have asked why they need my name and why no one else was asked for their name.
