No issues with the application or the loan itself, but customer service afterward is bad. Their website will not let me change the automatic payment method without calling them; I stayed on hold four times until it disconnected me, then thought that I managed to update my payment method online. Due date came and passed, then I received an email the day after stating that my payment had failed, indicating that my payment method was not updated.
