Very rude staff. At the time of purchase, I was told the dress could be returned. When I came back to return it, I was informed that returns were not allowed. This inconsistency is unacceptable. It seems customers would need to record conversations just to ensure staff honor what they say.
Staff were friendly and helpful with my purchase. However a bit slow. This shop is a bit small so getting clothes out of the reserve and talking to customers takes time. My only feedback is the staff spent way to much time with one customer. With 3 staff members working they need to work better as a team jumping between clients. You can't assume one customer will buy more than the other.
Rude service from the manager Adelaide. I called the store earlier and spoke to another staff member, who was happy to put an item on hold AND order the matching top from another store as they didn't have it in stock, so I could pick them both up on the same day rather than make two trips. I would give this store a 0 but that’s not possible. My friend and I were shopping for dresses (not for any special occasion, but for future events) and we walked into the store and picked up a dress. Straight away a staff member came up to us and started investigating us, hinting to us that we were not old enough to be shopping at the store, and asking if we have any occasions coming up, and if our mums were present.
