I had an unfortunate experience as a customer of AJE Athletica, leading me to decide against future purchases at this store, whether in-person or online. I bought a pair of pants on sale, but they did not fit correctly, prompting me to seek an exchange. During my visit to the Miranda Westfield Shopping Centre, I encountered two sales assistants at the front of the store who demonstrated unprofessional and rude behaviour. I had the most delightful experience at AJE athletica with the lovely Ivy who was so friendly and attentive, informing myself of future sales and clothing items that would be at interest to me, she informed me there store in Westfield would be shutting and she would be moving to Bondi and I will definitely be locating her there. Such a lovely experience with Ivy
The store manager at the city store Ivy was extremely professional and helpful! Then after visiting the parramatta store the manager Lorinda was so lovely and helpful. She was even amazing with kids! The clothes are great quality so happy with the experience I received from both these lovely ladies. Will definitely be buying more from this company after the service I received coupled with the quality of the product.
What's not to live about Aje athletica. Maybe I am a bit biased but love the adelaide store better, but this is still a great store and location.
