They don't seem to know there own policies. Or even want to help a purchasing customer when lenses alone are over $300. Expect much better service for those prices. They just leave the customer alone
I wanted to do a follow up with the doctor there today but the guy at customer service desk was so rude and impatient, he doesn't even understand basic customer service and unfortunately it would deter a lot of people from coming to this vision centre which is such a pity as they have good doctors there
Hi I really disappointed this location doctor is really nice .but the staff very rude no customer service yell on me no help full.no manners how to talk how to deal with people .we are paying customer but they do not care never recommend this location
I was there on Nov22,2024 at 10:30am in the morning to get my eye checked but the lady who was working there was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I was asking her to set an appointment but she was very rude and she doesn't want to do her job and serve me.she just told me to go another place.she just wants to sit and enjoy her day without work
