Some of the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes then I get taken back to a run down and shady dark room that is barely functional. After the eye exam is complete the lady tells me to take eye dilator drops and come back in 30 minutes then she makes me wait for a whole hour while taking other customers in!!!!! Never come here.
Highly recommend Dr. Christiana Chioma Ojiako! She is truly an excellent optometrist and the best we’ve ever had. We’ve seen several other optometrists before, but no one compares to her level of care and professionalism. You can really tell how concerned she is about her patients. I was happy with the service but the glasses I got was terrible first the nose protecter fell out they fix it and it's gone again this morning I took the glasses out to use it and one of the lense fell out. For the price I paid the product should be better
600 Cad glasses lasted less than a year. Walmart level service. Never again.
I came here for pick up my glasses. Store guy told me come back after 25 minutes I am busy with other customer so I came back after 25 minute and he told me it will take more 20 minute and his answer is very rude once you paid and they don’t care anything.
