I chose a M jersey and went to the checkout. I wanted to have a player number printed. I paid and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. At that moment, the guy at the checkout put the jersey on the hanger somewhere else and gave me a new jersey for printing. Unfortunately, I didn't notice and they gave me an XL. I noticed it when I got to the hotel. I'm a collector and didn't want to wear it. I paid 132 euros for a huge piece of fabric. The staff is incompetent and uncaring.
