My family doctor referred to Ajax Hearing Centre for suspected hearing loss. The administrator Giselle was very helpful and professional. She set up my appointment with Dr Tam with subsequent hearing and audiology test with Geetha, Audiologist. Front desk administrator and the audiologist were very detail oriented. I had a hearing test and wax removal done at this clinic by the audiologist. She provided a warm and pleasant environment that made me feel at ease for the entirety of the visit. I will definitely be bringing family members in need of these services to this clinic in the future!
We had a great experience at Ajax Hearing Centre. I was sent for a hearing test due to my suspected hearing lost. The lady at the front desk was wonderful to deal with and she set me up to speak with the specialist who was really knowledgeable and explained my needs of hearing aids with detail. Being treated with so much respect and care along with their expertise in the matter had bring up so much value to my experience in this clinic.
