I'm another one with giving a very late review, I am grateful for ACVC to accommodate us for my nanny's funeral. It was a rough time for my family, her peers and myself which I took my nanny's passing the absolute hardest. Sending a big thank you to the staff who were there with us for the funeral(August 12th, 2025) and giving us their condolences for our loss.

I’m very late giving out this review, but I feel that when you are looked after well, you must give credit where credit is due. I was recommended by a friend about this place. My spouse, Mike was cremated in November of 2022, so over three years ago. The staff were very good and professional. They helped me, with no pressure involved with making his arrangements. I would highly recommend having your departed loved one’s farewell and final arrangements with the Ajax Crematorium & Visitation Centre. The staff were professional, compassionate and patient with our family. We did not feel pressured in any way for decisions or purchases and they even accommodated a last-minute request. We are deeply grateful to Ajax Crematorium & Visitation for their compassion, professionalism, and care during a very difficult time. Justin Carmichael and Janet were kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled with respect and dignity. Justin was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Our family truly appreciated the warmth and comfort they provided throughout the entire process.
