I got scam of $4400 from Ajar (Director is Andrew) Very disappointing experience. Before placing my order, I confirmed with the sales assistant that the furniture delivery timeframe would be around 3 months. We have a Nomon clock which was not working any longer. Ajar's staff went above and beyond to address and solve the problem with the involvement of Nomon in Spain. Thank you sooo much for all your input!!!!!! Excellent customer service indeed, highly recommended.

As an Interior Architect, I had arranged for sample chairs to be picked up for a client meeting. All chairs were returned by my client. Three months later, I received an illegal fishing email asking for $800 to be paid saying the chairs hadn't been returned. The company who sent the email (organized from Ajar) was pretending to be a government body. Fraudulent 100% I will never deal with Ajar again and will not recommend them to my colleagues.
