I play volleyball and lift and run and Brynn did a fantastic job finding all of the spots that needed it!
Breelynn is the best massage therapist that I have ever been to. Im not quite sure what she does differently/ better than others but after I am done I feel better than any other massage. She just seems to really understand the connection between different body parts, and find those up and down stream causes of tightness rather than just working the problem area. She gives just the right amount of pressure for each spot as well. I wish I could go in every week!
Went in yesterday with lower back pain. I was struggling to walk due to the tightness. Brynn did an amazing job! Was able to appl hard pressure and she worked out the kinks. I was able to walk out with much less pain.
I keep coming back because Breelynn is the absolute best massage therapist and I am so glad I found her. I could not ask for a better deep tissue massage!
