We did engagement photos with AJ over a year ago. Due to circumstances we had to push back our wedding, she insisted on getting her payment so we paid the bill. However it’s now over a year later and we have never received our engagement photos that we paid for. Once she was paid she never sent the photos or responded to us since.
When I first reached out to AJ, the reviews I've seen of her were amazing, and the photos in her portfolio were incredible. I even reached out asking why she was so affordable, because she really is. Great communication leading up to the day. Then my wedding. She had little to no direction in her photos. I tried to think of every photo I wanted, but unfortunately missed a few in the chaos. DO NOT BOOK!! Tomorrow will be one year since my wedding and still no flashdrive of photos that was promised to us or the memory album we paid for. Very poor communication. Subpar photography. Now we have to get an attorney involved to get what we paid for or a refund.
We used AJ for an hour of photos at our wedding. Before the wedding, there was very little communication. The week of I finally reached out in fear she wasn’t coming. She showed up late for my ceremony. She gave little to no direction when it came to the shots and we were basically posing ourselves. She did my wedding pictures and they look fantastic. Very good communication and willing to help and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend her for getting pictures for any occasion!!
