Just like to thank Jim from A &J for servicing and repairing my 2003 75hp Merc 2 stroke today. He did a great job and was polite and punctual and rang me to confirm pricing. After having my engine serviced elsewhere I had nothing but issues and found out they were using inferior parts and wrong gaskets. Will definitely be using Jim from now on. A & J two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻
STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT & UNPROFESSIONAL MECHANIC HE COST ME OF $7000 TO FIX ALL THE DAMAGE DONE MORE DETAILS WILL BE RELEASED AFTER THE LAW SUITE NEXT YEAR & WILL PUSH TO HAVE HIS KAWASAKI DEALERS LICENCE REVOKED IMMEDIATELY TOTALLY UNECCEPTABLE & DISGRACEFUL YOU BEEN WARNED DONT RISK IT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Every time I call, I’m advised I’ll get a call back from the owner/ mechanic which never happens. When I go in person, I find the owner very unhelpful. I won’t be wasting my time with this business even if they are the cheapest in nsw.
