I recently bought a new Mercury outboard motor from Jim at A&J Outboard & Boating Services, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the first phone call, Jim took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how busy he was. He installed the motor himself and did an absolutely fantastic, professional job everything was neat, well-explained, and done with real care. Just like to thank Jim from A &J for servicing and repairing my 2003 75hp Merc 2 stroke today. He did a great job and was polite and punctual and rang me to confirm pricing. After having my engine serviced elsewhere I had nothing but issues and found out they were using inferior parts and wrong gaskets. Will definitely be using Jim from now on. A & J two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻
STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT & UNPROFESSIONAL MECHANIC HE COST ME OF $7000 TO FIX ALL THE DAMAGE DONE MORE DETAILS WILL BE RELEASED AFTER THE LAW SUITE NEXT YEAR & WILL PUSH TO HAVE HIS KAWASAKI DEALERS LICENCE REVOKED IMMEDIATELY TOTALLY UNECCEPTABLE & DISGRACEFUL YOU BEEN WARNED DONT RISK IT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Every time I call, I’m advised I’ll get a call back from the owner/ mechanic which never happens. When I go in person, I find the owner very unhelpful. I won’t be wasting my time with this business even if they are the cheapest in nsw.
