Qualified in sports massage therapy (Level 3), I provide treatments at my base in Wallsend as well as in clients' homes across Newcastle and North Tyneside and further afield. My training incorporated Swedish massage techniques as well as pure sport ones. I believe everyone can benefit from massage therapy - be it for the relief of aches and pains, prevention of problems or general wellbeing. Sports massage is something of a misnomer; it can be just as beneficial to those with sedentary lifestyles as sporty types.

Had my first massage with Anthony and it was great. He was very friendly and welcoming. He explained so much about the treatment and what he was doing during the massage. I felt so much better afterwards and I will definitely go back. Definitely worth a visit if you want a proper massage. I will be going back.

This is the first massage I've ever had and Anthony was great and explained the process clearly. I felt at ease and a 60min treatment flew by. He found tight problem areas and was very careful with them and communicated well. I will definitely go back!
Had a anthoer massage today from Anthony throughly enjoyed it feel super chilled and relaxed back feels really good definitely highly recommend to my friends and family will definitely be booking in more treatments thank you
