After injuring my shoulder, I have had an x-ray, ultrasound and MRI. I have seen a doctor and physiotherapist none of which could provide any relief or answers for my injury. I decided to see a massage therapist. After a session with Aitia Therapy, I was provided with both increased range of motion, less pain and was able to gain a little insight about how my shoulder worked.
