We are long time customers of Airways Transit. For our recent trip we were considering a reputable competitor because their prices were more affordable. We decided to stick with Airways because we've always used them and had no issues. We paid in full for their service to the airport and back home and within two hours of our flight leaving Pearson we received an email that they were not coming to pick up back up as the business was being shuttered. Krista came to pick me up She was friendly and made sure I had my passport phone and boarding pass before we left She and I had easy conversation the entire trip I felt completely safe in her hands and got me to my terminal and airline in plenty of time She is a true gem Started my trip off on the right foot So grateful to her... a very pleasant trip to Toronto Airport.She even gave me a hug goodbye as I am traveling solo.
