I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Airtime. After having my son's party there nearly every year, I won’t be returning at all. The place was absolutely filthy — the floors were sticky and dirty, and the baby area was shocking. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. There was visible grime and dirt in multiple areas. It honestly felt unhygienic and poorly maintained, which is really concerning considering how many kids are running around. Thankyou to to Bryan for making our first time such a great experience, he welcomed us as we came onto the trampolines and apologised thoroughly for a mix up over the phone (which he didn’t need to do at all!) - was very friendly and a credit to the team! Over the phone he provided detailed info on what to expect for our first session so we could get the best out of it :)

Manager is rude she said NOOOO! When we came in she thought she was the alpha other staff was great would not come here again did not even tell us the price if your thinking of coming here don’t
