There is no communication with this company they are no help whatsoever. I suggest strongly that doing business with themis at your own risk. Their rating should be F- They got 1 star only because I had to give one. I don't know what country they are from but it can't be America
I bought 2 monitors - view plus and wave plus. I have had them in the same room since arrival. Unfortunately, they get very different results, especially for CO2. I've contacted airthings repeatedly. First, they told me that it wasn't yet calibrated for radon. I had not listed the radon results because it isn't fully calibrated. They've largely been ignoring me ever since. Are these devices ever tested for accuracy? How do I know which, if either, device is giving me correct readings?
