I am a consumer attempting to purchase the apco-x ultra online. I know minimal about HVACs. I reached out to them via phone to make sure 1) they were a legit company 2) to make sure I was buying the correct item. The air purifier I want is $800, so I wanted to make sure on the front end that I was purchasing the correct item. They are located in Florida and I am in Georgia. We ordered from this company on Amazon. We paid $290 For a halo replacement LED lightbulb and got a used item. It had scuff marks on it, a fluid of some sort And even a date of June 24. We called halo directly and we confirmed this would not be the date made. The item was not in good condition and we paid a lot for it. He informed me immediately when the product was in stock and shipped it out as soon as I paid for the order. Thanks a bunch and great customer service.

Ordered some Amrad caps from these guys. Arrived quickly and the manufacturer date on the units were recent so they weren't offloading old stock like some online shops. Very satisfied. I will be ordering more supplies from them.
