Been a customer for 10 years, but recently they made a change to the platform to not allowing freight over 1.2m in length and without prior notifying customers. It was a service we relied on, not ANYMORE !
It's not often I have anything nice to say about delivery companies of late. But I will go out of my way to say a huge thanks to Mark (delivery guy) and Nora (Office lady) who coordinated a recent delivery of mine to Subiaco in Perth. So easy going on re-delivering my missed delivery. Refreshing to see proper service again in this industry after so many disappointments with other companies.
