Update: 01/23/25 Still no change this time I made it 2 my appointment on time but had 2 wait 2hrs for my return trip and it's 20° outside 2 bad the insurance company still has 2 pay for poor services and companies like this take more than they can handle and the medical patients suffer but they they make their money even though I might have 2 call an Uber so I don't freeze 2 death cuz they just lied 2 provided a ride and said they would be here in 15 20 min but times is up almost 2.5hrs now!!
