What a joke of a transportation service. They have the audacity to lie to my insurance company over and over!! They contract more than they can handle!! They tell my insurance company they will be 15 min then 30 min later they said 5 min then one one the 3rd time I called the insurance company they show up 40 minutes after the latest drop off time then its 20min 2 the appointment!! So of course now my Dr appointment is 2 weeks away since I was so late!! This was a waste of a back and forth trips and now I have 2 use another ... read more

One of their drivers is very unprofessional. Giving the middle finger to other motorists.

They did not show up and caused my medical appointment to be rescheduled. Then they no call no showed a second time on the rescheduled date. They completely screwed me and seem to not care at all. This was a time sensitive appointment that I now have to get re-approved for through insurance which takes weeks to months getting pre authorization from insurance.
