Very unprofessional. The first ride started off they were supposed to pick me up at 9:30 and kept calling me saying they were 10 minutes away. He ended up showing up at 10:15. 45 minutes late. I Asked the driver for id and he wouldn’t show me he had a valid driver license. He made a call and we left. He pulled into the roundabout in front of annother car and the other driver slammed on their brakes and layed on the horn. He talked on the phone the entire ride. When I say thee rudest sorriest some of you know what’s!!! They are nasty unprofessional and do as they please… they come when they feel like it or not at all…. I have reported them to the state and Provide-A-Ride courier services … one time my son was scheduled with them to be picked up from his after school enrichment program and they never came.. when we called they said school Closed at 3 so no one’s there..
