Terrible customer service! Don't waste your time at this location. They care nothing for the customer. I've never been so disappointed in a car rental company in the 15 years I've been renting cars.
It was perfect as is
Good, friendly customer service from the agents that helped me, i put 1 for shuttle because i didnt use shuttle. I had a hard time comunicating with the phone agent, it sounds like they are from out of the country but other than that, I like it. I wish they have a local number that i can call directly and deal with them.
