A business that's know about customer service. An economic option to travel between Ballarat and the airport. Easy process to book, clean and modern coaches, with a very friendly driver. I had made an initial booking with a return error date, which was updated promptly by email, and again updated with a date change for my wife following a family emergency to return 3 weeks later. Modern Fleet: The bus was clean and well-maintained. Punctuality: Departure from Ballarat was perfectly on time. Service: The driver was professional and polite. The Bad: Cabin Temperature: The only major issue was the air conditioning. It was absolutely freezing for the duration of the trip to Melbourne Airport.
