Midnight flights & Ubers are a gamble but Lavell & his lady assistant helped me out tremendously. Even after dropping me off at my location, Lavell went the extra mile to GET OUT THE CAR, USE HIS FLASHLIGHT, & help me find the address for my Airbnb (did I mention it was midnight & dark as ever) .. Kind people are hard to come by.
Lea’Vell was amazing. He brought a female assistant along so that we would feel comfortable not being left alone with a man. Provided snacks. Made us feel at home on our hour long drive to a medical appointment then made sure to get me a wheelchair once at the facility. And had us there early and honestly made us feel like it was just one of our friends taking me to an appointment. We were practically stranded at midnight on the last flight into the Springfield Capital airport. Uber was a bust. The night watchman told us about Leavelle and he was just terrific. Friendly and infinitely helpful. Came back to the airport and got us to our hotel.
Awesome guy, right on time. Great experience and great conversations.
Recently booked for round trip service to and from St Louis airport. Very professional, right on time and even took care of my bags and made sure I got to the correct gate. Highly recommend
