I’ve used them in the past and it was mostly very efficient, hence the 3 stars. But the past two times my husband or I have tried to book (a day in advance), they don’t have any drivers available (they either aren’t available or “don’t want to,” according to the person on the phone). This is for morning departure times on non-holiday weekdays. It’s very strange…not sure we’ll bother trying them again.
