Service and communication was exceptional. Our dog had his dedicated transport coordinator, Dakota, who promptly responded to all our questions and guided us through the process. Our initial inquiries (prior to be assigned Dakota) were answered by Rachel in customer service who was also great. Our dog moved from NYC to Madrid safe and sound.
