Great company and made getting my pup from Romania to the U.S. so smooth. Smooth sailing thru Customs and Immigration and transfer to my home. Thanks to Rachel, Rebecca and Dakota for getting it done smoothly.
Very thankful to have Airpets to walk us through getting our dog, Drake, from the USA to Vietnam! They were so helpful and answered every question from this very nervous dog mom. Drake arrived happy and healthy and is now settling into his new home!
Airpets was phenomenal to work with. They helped us get our dog safely from the US to the UK and were on the dot with paperwork, vet assistance, customs clearance, and even last minute boarding when our own flights got delayed. We are so thankful for Airpets keeping our pup safe and cared for during his big journey across the pond. Highly recommend!!
Hi Rebecca, we Can't believe it's been 8 days since we arrived he in Thailand. We got moved into the new house and it was very tiring. We want to thank you for a great experience with you and air pets international. Gus and Fleck made the trip with flying colors, it was as if they always took a 5 day vacation flying across the ocean LOL, especially fleck he was in excellent shape , you wouldn't know he had a heart condition. Dakota made the trip painless and worry free for our dog. Even with changes in rules and plans, she was able to get everything scheduled with minimal work on my side. Would definitely use Airpets again!
