There was a mix-up with DELTA / KLM, and the original paperwork was not shipped with my fur babies. They admitted it and fixed it immediately. However, in my panic, I called, not thinking about the time difference. Karoline answered and helped to reassure me. I still did not sleep that night, but I knew Karoline had things under control. I was able to get them the following day. Thanks, Karoline and Airpets!
This company has terrible communication. I spoke with them for over 2 months about our timeline and then 2 weeks before departure they say they need an extra 30 days to complete the process. Do not use this company if you have a strict timeline.
Great company and made getting my pup from Romania to the U.S. so smooth. Smooth sailing thru Customs and Immigration and transfer to my home. Thanks to Rachel, Rebecca and Dakota for getting it done smoothly.
