I highly reccomend Airmid Massage Therapy. I starined my hip flexors in the gym, and it was a lingering problem. I went to my doctor, then PT, and a chiropractor - nothing was making it better. Then I tried deep tissue massage at Airmid... after 3 sessions, pain almost completly gone, and range of motion is back. I HIGHLY reccoment Antoinette Dyer, and Airmid!
Antionette is amazing! I have been seeing her for many years and has helped me through so many injuries. Her room is peaceful, and is a nice calming environment. I would highly recommend Airmid Massage to anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

Antoinette is amazing! She is so attentive to your needs, makes you feel comfortable and very international when working those troubled muscles. Would highly, highly recommend her for relaxation or to help with specific muscle tightness and issues.
