Good timely efficient service. Caspian and his offsider are good blokes and know what they are doing. They sorted out a bit of a complication quickly and cheaply. Would use them again and recommend them. And cleaned up after themselves too!
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Airforce. This is the second time I have used Airforce and it was as smooth as the first time. From first reaching out for a quote and then installation. Matt and the Team were great to deal with. Excellent communication and the installation team were on time and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with the installation and my Daikin unit as well as the service. I highly recommend Airforce for any heating and cooling needs.
Do not use this company if you expect assistance in fixing an issue. Over a month being messed around without heating, staff not passing quotes onto real estate having to make multiple calls to chase up to get them to do so, technicians being sent out telling you its one issue then a week later deciding it may be something else. Rude customer service disregard your concerns and do not try and resolve issues promptly. Do not recommend!
Honest, professional, knowledgeable and prompt service. No unecessary up-selling of products or accessories. Very easy to deal with at all levels from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
The installer (Jonno) was very efficient and professional. He estimated 4 hours for installation (big job for one person), and he was right to the minute. Thankfully, the work was completed before the most recent bad weather closed in. Well done to all Airforce staff! It’s been good to batten down the hatches this past week with our new unit—and heat. I don’t know why we waited so long to do this.
