Great customer service with most employees being very knowledgeable. I believe they need to keep up to date with the parts they need to keep stocked at all times. A few times I’ve needed common parts and find out they don’t keep them in stock. Their innovatory system isn’t always accurate as well so when I call In for parts I always make sure the employee I’m speaking to puts eyes on the part before I leave to pick it up.
