I had a phenomenal birthday treat at AIRE, the massage was unbelievable, the atmosphere was so surreal. It’s in the heart of the city but feels like you’re a million miles away. The bathrooms are so well stocked with everything you would need to get ready (hairdryers etc). Not the mention the incredible staff! Felt so well looked after. The only reason I have given it 4 instead of 5 stars is the cost. I recently had the pleasure of visiting AIRE Ancient Baths New York on Franklin Street in NYC, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience that I would rate 5 out of 5 stars! Great vibe! the pools are wonderful and the decor is perfect. I would suggest more high seating in the sauna room. The massage was ok. Nothing special. The whole day was very relaxing but it was freezing cold in the massage room and in the locker room.
Yesterday I visited Aire Ancient Baths in NYC, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The moment I walked into the men's locker room, I was greeted by a welcoming and attentive staff who made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The overall experience was awesome. The front desk was so kind and set the tone. I enjoyed all of the amenities and the baths were great. I definitely will do a massage next time, I just didn’t have time! The $30 upgrade from bath experience to bath + juice & mask experience is a waste of money. You get a little bag of a couple items that aren’t worth the value. I recommend bringing a fresh change of clothes for after, as you’ll feel clean and want to be in a clean outfit.
