Horrible customer service dude got a stick up his SSA from the jump!! #RudeAF
I’m a wardrobe stylist, and have to source clothes often. I went here found what I needed, and forgot my receipt. I had someone go back to get the receipt for me, and the guy was rude and gave a lot of backlash over a simple request….. smh. He didn’t want to give the receipt at all, and talked about how “he can’t do magic” what does that even mean? The register clearly works, so you can reprint a receipt. Idk… but.. he is not worth the business at all. Don’t waste your money here. 0/10
Customer service is trash. He is very rude and has a very smart mouth. I don’t believe in allowing you to get smart all the while I’m trying to do business with you. I value my dollar too much. If you’re able to find another airbrush shop, with better customer service, use them, NOT Airbrush Citi
