Went into the Willetton store today for parts on my Bonaire unit the young lady behind the counter was very helpful. I didn't know the model # but she was able to talk me through a few things and was able to provide the drain I needed. Excellent service I will be back!
Don’t waste your time. I rang looking for some parts for my evaporative air conditioner. When asked if they could deliver the small parts to Mandurah they didn’t seem all that interested and said they could probably organise a courier and made it sound like it was a hassle. What’s wrong with Australia post? I told them not to worry about it and purchased the same OEM parts on ebay with free postage from Adelaide for half the price! …Go figure
Went into Willetton for a water part my husband asked for had no idea what I was getting. Danielle was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. Great service will definitely recommend to my friends.
I had the guys come and Service our AirCon and it was such a great job. When there was an issue with the AC leaking, the Office lady I spoke with arranged someone to come out WITHIN 3 hours and fixed the problem right then and there. No problems, no fuss and a great experience. Thanks guys; I'd recommend you to anyone... and I already have!
