Don’t waste your time. I rang looking for some parts for my evaporative air conditioner. When asked if they could deliver the small parts to Mandurah they didn’t seem all that interested and said they could probably organise a courier and made it sound like it was a hassle. What’s wrong with Australia post? I told them not to worry about it and purchased the same OEM parts on ebay with free postage from Adelaide for half the price! …Go figure

I had the guys come and Service our AirCon and it was such a great job. When there was an issue with the AC leaking, the Office lady I spoke with arranged someone to come out WITHIN 3 hours and fixed the problem right then and there. No problems, no fuss and a great experience. Thanks guys; I'd recommend you to anyone... and I already have!

We just had an airconditioner installed and right from the beginning Danielle made the whole process a dream. Jack and his partner who did the installation we're professional, polite and efficient. it's great to see a company that takes such pride in it's products and services.
