We arrived at 10:40am after driving 25 minutes to see the store for the first time as the website states they open at 10am. Door says they open at 11a. No problem. We will wait. No sign of life at 11am. Or 11:07am when I snapped a pic or at 11:10 when we drove away and drove to the crystal store in springboro. Smh.
