I have to call a Customer Service phone number to get in contact with a branch office/distributor? There were "0 calls" ahead of me, yet 20 minutes later no one answered. My question for the person that I wanted to reach would have been less than 30 seconds. Requested a call back, yet no one called me. Score a "Zero" for your Customer Service.
ordered new welding machine in August. ordered machine that qualified for $1000.00 revate. paid $5100.00 up front. asked for invoice date of August. emailed back no problem. newer model machine showed up, no rebate. no heads up. invoice date of October. now it's a problem. will close account.
