Let me start by saying Andy at the front desk is AMAZING. Hes personable, hard working and very helpful. I enjoy visiting the store to chat with Andy, while he assists me with my order. I feel bad writing this review, only because I don't want it to affect Andy personally. The issue is Air Liquide. They are disorganized, dishonest, and outright ripping me off every month with rental charges for tanks THAT I DONT HAVE IN MY POSSESSION, after they've been returned and documented to be returned. Outside rep is extremely arrogant and hard to work with. Make your life easier and just deal with Linde/Praxair. Young man at the counter was the only good thing going for them and he's been gone.
