Driver of Plate# LJU 226 SCOTT E HALLSON Hit my rear wheel arch with his front bumper on Moray after properly signalling and establishing myself in the lane he sped up to prevent me from merging and hit my vehicle. Noticed an Air liqiude vehicle, licence plate number LJU226 behaving in a very unruly manner on Moray Street closer to Portage. The driver was obstructing motorists from overtaking and almost ended up hitting my truck. The driver must have been under the influence of a some substance. Dash cam footage will be submitted to MPI.
