This may be trivial, but I’m an at home do it your selfer, I brought a brand new small oxy acetylene kit and brought it in for a refill, it’s treated like a core, they give me a beat up cylinder on exchange basis. I feel if that’s what they are going to do , give them a paint job!
I hate a store that you can’t call directly… super annoying business model. Need to know what torch handles you have in shop before making the drive.
Their ordering number is a joke - on hold forever while the recording says to call them (on the number you dialed) and that they are ready to help. Meanwhile....still on hold 45 minutes. Even though there are "0" calls ahead of you. Very frustrating.
