Great experience with Miss Crystal V., very patient and helpful
Do not recommend and entirely regret refinancing to this credit union. Extremely unknowledgeable staff. The misinformation and miscommunication is honestly ridiculous. Was in contact for several weeks on a simple title transfer, so I could register and drive my vehicle. Endless emails and constantly getting bounced around calls while being told I was getting transferred to someone who knew the situation and could help. I have enjoyed banking here the last year and a half!! They are all so friendly and welcoming to their customers. All of the employees were great to work with, but Mrs Markle always goes above and beyond. This branch is also very supportive of our local school community by setting up informational booths and attending events from time to time. Thank you Mrs Aguilar! We appreciate them taking time out of their day, usually after hours, to share information with our families!!
1/5 stars I'm disappointed in the service I received from the manager at this branch. While the tellers were friendly and efficient, the manager's interruptions and lack of consideration for customers created an unpleasant atmosphere. She would often cut in mid-conversation, prioritizing her own tasks over customer needs. Her presence seemed to shift the energy in the bank, making it feel less welcoming. Unfortunately, this experience left a lasting impression, and I won't be recommending this branch to others.
