We flew with them since more than 15 years and had always a 5 start service. David and Felipe give everything they can to satisfied you with your request. My wife and I recently took an Aztec direct round trip flight from Fort Lauderdale to Exuma, The Bahamas. We give the airline and the pilots top marks!!! They greet you in a special terminal both in FLL and in Exuma. Both terminal lounges are clean, quiet, stress-free and relaxing! Our pilots, Greg and Jim, are top experts in their field and we felt very safe with them.
