John is a very friendly and helpful employee. I came there three weeks in a row daily to fill cylinders without any problems. The rental gear is brandnew.
I called a larger shop looking to get my Cressi regulator serviced. They told me no one in the Twin Cities Services Cressi. The next place told me it would be about $250 to do the job, if they had the time. Air Down There had a fair price and could have it done quickly. There was an issue with a broken part that is very hard to find. These guys found one. Couldn't be happier! Customer for life!
Great shop great staff. I have been using them for 2 years now for all my Scuba Regulator servicing. They work on Tusa Regs in house which has been a little tough to find. The staff even went the extra mile and helped me find the paperwork through Tusa for the free parts for life program. They have a good selection of Scuba and snorkeling gear in house. Prices are great as well. Hoping to book a dove trip with them in the future.
