They did an excellent job helping out a family that rescues dogs. Their dogs were living in comfortable AC rooms while they had been without AC in their main part of their home for days. They came out, supplied the parts and helped them fix their AC! THANK YOU!

Mark went way above & beyond to help a bunch of dogs, many of whom are rescue dogs to stay safe in horrible summer heat, when all of the other companies were saying they would have to wait like 5 days before anything could be done. Thanks so much Mark for helping MAD Rescue dogs & their humans get some much needed relief!
This guy was beyond amazing! To donate parts needed and then also walk another person step by step to fix what was broken is beyond being helpful. Sean took his personal time as well as providing the parts to fix the AC for someone who had never even been a customer shows how big of a heart this guy has.
