Great little company, they had the exact motor we needed, I think they carry a good inventory - not just universal motors. Dianne and her crew saved the day, saved the unit, and kept our house cooled right back down.

helped me out with a part outside of business hours on the 4th of july when i was trying to fix it myself. then when i wasn’t able to get it fixed myself they sent someone out next business day, super friendly, great customer service, very fair prices. would give them more than 5 stars if i could.

Great customer service! Dianne went above and beyond to help! They had my condenser fan motor on hand multiple to choose from. Dianne even called a tech (Bobby) who answered any questions I had. I noticed the capacitor I purchased from a different vendor to replace the existing one was the wrong size for the fan. I called Dianne, and she looked up my model # and verified my findings. this was on the 3rd of July she stayed late so I could get the correct capacitor! Highly recommend this place!
