My friend and I frequent this store every other weekend. We have always had positive experiences. However at the last visit the soldering machine was not working properly and I had a permanent ring put on with two birthstones it was definitely not done correctly. Within 24 hours both birthstones gone. I have three other rings and have had no issues. I went in today to see what could be done. This place is really cool. Making your own custom jewelry with the flare that this company has is really nice. Their items are really unique and I highly recommend it.
Spent a lot of money on this jewelry. Would not recommend. Gold started wearing off immediately. Not tarnish proof, not water proof at all.
Enjoyed my experience in the store. Got a permanent bracelet and love it
Horrible experience. From their shipping time to only receiving part of my order. Their are better quality options that have top tier customer service. Thinking about ordering. I urge you to look up their reviews on google and Trust Pilot. I made the mistake of just ordering and what a mistake that was.
